Valley Rattler (SLT9)
Depart the Sunshine Coast this morning and head north to the town of Gympie, where you board the Valley Rattler Steam Train for a truly memorable trip traveling along one of Queensland's most scenic railway lines.
Meander through beautiful Mary Valley and the small towns of Dagun, Amamoor and Kandanga before arriving at Imbil. Browse the markets stalls and watch the steam locomotive turn around for its return journey. We now rejoin our mini coach and travel through Bellbird country to Kenilworth for lunch.
Time spent wandering the main street will reveal the charm of this country Queensland town. Next, it's onto the Little Yabba Creek rainforest walk where you will marvel at the gigantic Moreton Bay Fig trees.
